"Christians In Touch" can have no responsibility nor verify the accuracy of any information entered onto the site by its Members.
The use of "Christians In Touch" is entirely at your own risk.
"Christians In Touch" reserve the right to edit any inappropriate comments that are entered by Members.
Whilst it is desirable that Members behave in accordance with the guidelines of the service, this cannot always be guaranteed and as such we cannot be held responsible for other Members actions.
If we decide at some point to use banner advertising or link to third party websites, we may not necessarily endorse any advertising or links, but will try to ensure that they are trustworthy and moral as far as we possibly can. If however, later it is established that a website link is inappropriate and deemed so by us, we will then seek to remove it from "Christians In Touch".
To the extent that the law permits, you acknowledge and release the directors, employees and any other persons working on behalf of the company behind the creation of "Christians In Touch", from all liability arising out of or in connection with the "Christians In Touch" service and the material included here by Members and third parties.
We cannot be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, of data, income or profit, property, or business, however caused (whether arising out of any negligence or breach of this agreement or otherwise)
The maximum liability under this agreement whether arising out of negligence or otherwise, will not under any circumstances exceed the subscription charge paid by you the Member in any 12-month period.
For the avoidance of doubt, "Christians In Touch" does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of the negligence of "Christians In Touch", its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
